Fuel Poverty Awareness (front line Staff only)
For PKC front line staff and Managers in the public, private and voluntary sectors who visit clients in their own homes.
- Raise awareness of fuel poverty and the key drivers of fuel poverty
- Discuss some of the key signs of fuel poverty
- Raise awareness of the help and assistance available to households living in fuel poverty or at risk of fuel poverty
- Discuss referral process for households in need of assistance
Session Duration and Venue
All sessions are scheduled for 1 hour and will take place at:
Perth and Kinross Council

Intended Outcome of Session
Knowledgeable staff that can identify potential signs of fuel poverty and signpost the household to Partner organisations that can provide advice and assistance.
