Day 2 - Pain & Symptom Management in Palliative & End of Life Care (Must have attended Day 1)

Day 2 addresses core aspects of symptom management to enable someone to live well until they die. Recognising changes in the individual’s condition and identifying care needs. We explore:
- assessment and management of pain
- fatigue
- breathlessness
- nausea and vomiting
- confusion/delirium
- last days of life
Discusses the importance of bereavement care planning prior to death.
