Power of Attorney Process

This session is on offer to all PKC assessing workers, admin and managers (including Finance staff) who have involvement with Power of Attorneys.
The session will support staff to recognise the different elements of a Power of Attorney enabling you to make legally competent decisions and also to record the Power of Attorney on the AIS system as per the new process that has been rolled out as an improvement action following complaints.
Staff will be provided with a certificate which is helpful towards ongoing CPD.
