Wellbeing
What matters to you at times like this? How are you getting on? Are you feeling supported? Are you making time to meditate, reflect, engage in your hobby, get into nature or other activities that keep you well? Are you able to support others the way you want to? How are you taking care of you? In these unprecedented times it is important to keep well and it matters to us that you are enabled to do this. There are a number of resources below that you might find helpful. If you think there is anything that could help others, we would love to hear about them and we could share them here. Over the coming weeks we will be hosting online wellbeing conversations, it's a place we listen to others and can share our stories and ideas for keeping well. We look forward to connecting with you. Please go to the Online conversations with Learning and Development team link for more information. Online conversations - All run from 4pm- 4.45pm
