Equal Partners in Care Resource

The Equal Partners in Care resource has been developed by NHS Education for Scotland and Scottish Social Services updating previous materials to reflect the changes in rights and duties for carers introduced by the Carers (Scotland ) Act 2016. The resource is available for Health and Social Care Professionals to enable them to better recognise and support unpaid carers to improve their outcomes.
