What Matters To You? (WMTY) - Conversation, 6th June 2023 (online)

 

 

For WMTY day on 6th June 2023 Rachel Comrie (Learning and Development Officer) and Moyra Gill (Team Leader - Learning and Development) facilitated an online conversation for participants interested in a WMTY conversation.

There were 6 participants in total including the 2 facilitators.

We used the WMTY conversation template using the questions Tommy designed, and as a group answered these in a way that mattered to us.

We had an hour and did not get through all the questions.

Has been great meeting new people and knowing how I often feel is how others feel also. great to have a safe space to speak.

I have really enjoyed chatting with you all today, been great to hear other perspectives on things. Can we do it again?
